Made from 1/4"-3/16" mild steel.  This single concrete sprayer tank holder is fully welded and has 4+ holes for through bolts attachment to vehicle’s / shop floor.  Concrete Sprayer Tank holder is engineered with channels or troughs on the bottom to allow for condensation, water, liquids to escape.  SAFETY – the patented Concrete Sprayer Tank Holder contains a locking yellow "T" handle with locking Wing Nut to purposefully enable users to “LOCK” the Chapin® 19049 Sprayer into the Tank Holder - all with a simple Twist.  The 24" wand-guard™ has a wand-tip-protector™ and contains 2 wand-lock™ devices.  Top wand-lock™ is 1/2 of a Nite Ize® #3 Stainless Steel S-Biner.  The Nite Ize®  is covered with tubing to prevent chaffing, noise and to protect wand from vibration and shaking during transport.  Bottom wand-lock™  is a strategically attached orange Gear Tie® - designed to keep wand from vibrating and moving during transport. The CSTH sprayer holder is constructed from rigid steel to exceed ALL D.O.T. and O.S.H.A tank holder requirements*.  Painted with RUST-OLEUM® epoxy spray paint – “BECAUSE RUST SUCKS!©™” Purposefully engineered to last a lifetime!
